University Inn Fresno

The rooms are updated, the beds are extremely comfy, the shower head and shower itself are very nice with great water pressure/immediate hot water. The staff have been super welcoming and very accommodating for us. I stay in Fresno for business and leave on most weekends and this has been a great place to stay for the price.

The location, the closer pizzeria and Starbucks. The room is very spacious and the bed it was very very comfortable and super clean, very well equipped.

The price. Plus super clean. I've been in some expensive hotels in the past. For the price, it's nice setup . It give me a home vibe. Makes me feel comfortable. I definitely would recommend it for anybody who need an escape from expensive other hotels. 10/10 every time I booked here. A lot of place make you wait to check in @ 3pm. If your lucky some times depending on their mood you might get checked in early, but I said depends on their mood. (From my personal experience). But here I could pre book a room in advance. And if I want to check in around 12 noon. 20$ for an early check in. That's the best part I don't have to wait.

It was nice to be able to park in front of our room. No breakfast. It was clean enough. There was no leak in the tap which was much better than the first room where we stayed before. I mean we stayed there for the first and last day of our travel in US.

Perfect location if you’re going to a concert or event at the Save Mart Center. No homeless, my non smoking room didn’t smell like smoke. Pool was nice. It’s near restaurants. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came back to Fresno.
